SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping is “FREE” for all orders. We do not offer same-day shipping at this time, but all orders are typically processed
within 24 hours of being placed.

Standard Shipping within the US arrives within 5-7 days. If there is a high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

RETURN POLICY:

We guarantee 100% satisfaction or a full refund within the first 30 Days of purchase, just write us a brief description of the issue at info@nootropallc.com with “Refund / Order Number” in the subject line and we would be more than happy to help you!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, that way we can easily identify your order. If you don’t have the original packing slip, please include a piece of paper with your full name and address.

Please note: WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING LABELS. When we receive the returns, we put them through a quality check to make sure all the bottles are sealed and in good condition. If the seals are broken or bottles are open n damaged, they will be thrown away and there will be no credit issued.

REFUND POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
